Known for its wide range of music events, Alexanders Live has earned a reputation for the stand-up comedy talent it showcases.
The Chester venue is hosting a Friday Night Comedy event on December 13 and is inviting all aged 18 or over to attend, with students enjoying access to concessionary tickets.
The upcoming show features a recurring format where four different comics take their turn on stage throughout the evening. There’s no reserved seating on the night, so those looking for the best view of the stage are advised to arrive early and make the most of the first-come-first-served policy. While full price tickets are £20.80, students on a budget looking for laughs enjoy admission for £17.50 by presenting their NUS card.
From comics to musicians, the Chester venue has hosted some big names in the business. These include singer-songwriters like Ed Sheeran and Duffy, as well as comics such as Bill Bailey and master of deadpan Jack Dee.
