While there are several nightclubs in Chester favoured by students, one that never leaves the list is Rosies. How did it become so popular? Read on for four good reasons why it’s a popular haunt for those attending the university.

Prime logistics

Rosies in based in building from Tudor times in the centre of the city. As a result, it’s easy to get to from pubs and bars when students want to keep the party going later and near eateries open late for a takeaway. It’s also around 16 minutes’ walk from Chester University’s main campus and 15 minutes from student accommodation in the Garden Quarter and Upper and Lower Canal basin. Being able to get home without a cab is ideal for students keeping costs low on a big night out.

Unlike other clubs in Chester, Rosies has three floors with several different rooms. Each area plays a different style of music and range from 70s classics and RnB to disco and dance. Students can switch up where they hang out to suit their tastes or enjoy an eclectic mix throughout the evenings.

Along with multiple floors and rooms, Rosies also has more than one bar which makes it faster to get a round of drinks in than other city venues. There are also a range cocktails, beers, spirits and mixers on deals especially for students.
